Heston Blumenthal is a British celebrity chef. He owns The Fat Duck in Bray, Berkshire. The restaurant became one of only four restaurants in Great Britain to achieve three Michelin stars. Heston Blumenthal was born on 27th May 1966, in Kensington, London. His parents invested in his education and it paid off.
